40 Oz To Freedom is an award-winning Sublime tribute band based out of San Diego. The band was founded in 2007 and fronted by lead singer Dane Scott. 40 Oz has toured extensively across the US and Canada. They won the 2010 San Diego Music Award for Best Tribute Artist. The band is known for recreating the energetic, laid-back SoCal vibe of the original Sublime shows.

The original Southern California band Sublime pioneered the 1990s ska-punk and reggae-rock explosion.
