Celebrating the Legacy of Hoyt Axton
The festival is a heartfelt tribute to his father, entertainment icon and Tahoe City resident Hoyt Axton. Inspired by Hoyt’s classic hit, “Joy to the World” (“Jeremiah was a bullfrog”), the event fulfills Matt’s vision of bringing more joy to the community through live music and connection.
