21+ In the Crystal By Casino Crown Room

If you ask Australian/Samoan singer, ukulele player, and drummer Bobby Alu what his music sounds like, he will describe a feeling: holding your favorite drink while the sun sets on a warm evening filled with the promise of adventure.

In an ideal world, he would follow endless summers around the earth. His songs capture that exact warmth, riding a groove spectrum that moves through:

• Polynesian folk

• Roots music

• Reggae

• Harmony-laden soul

• Tropical pop

Bobby Alu has built a strong reputation as a world-class performer:

• Toured as percussionist for Xavier Rudd for five years.

• Supported major acts including Xavier Rudd, the John Butler Trio, and Trevor Hall across North America and Europe.

• Landed his album Keep It Tropical at #3 on the ARIA Australian Albums Chart.

More than just an album, Keep It Tropical serves as a simple lifestyle guide:

• Take naps

• Be generous

• Go on adventures

• Have gratitude

• Enjoy the little things

• Strive to be better

• Don’t be so serious

• Love and laugh a lot

• Eat the odd donut

• Swim in the ocean and enjoy the sunshine
