Join Keep Tahoe Blue and our partners as we celebrate the Tahoe Blue Beach program’s expansion to the North Shore with a cleanup, beach-cleaning by the BEBOT, and a presentation of what we accomplished this season.

This summer, the Tahoe Blue Beach program expanded to Kings Beach. This first-of-its-kind beach management initiative brings together land managers, concessionaires, businesses, nonprofits, and cutting-edge technology to make responsible, Lake-friendly recreation the easy and obvious choice for anyone who comes to play. The goal is simple: clean and pristine Tahoe beaches that stay that way all summer. Learn about what makes a Tahoe Blue Beach, what we accomplished this season, and what we look forward to.

The North Tahoe Community Alliance’s TOT-TBID Dollars At Work funds our work in Kings Beach. The program reinvests funds generated in North Lake Tahoe to support community vitality, environmental stewardship and economic health. In addition to NTCA, California State Parks is a key partner in the Tahoe Blue Beach pilot project.
