Tahoe Forest Stewardship Day

Come out and join Keep Tahoe Blue’s Tahoe Forest Stewardship Day. Experience a hands-on restoration project at Marlette Creek, near Thunderbird Lodge on Lake Tahoe’s east shore. This Tahoe Forest Stewardship Day event brings the community together to restore the forests, streams, and a watershed. This important restoration helps protect Lake Tahoe’s famous clarity. Volunteers will plant native vegetation and stabilize streambanks. The project will take place alongside restoration professionals and fellow Tahoe stewards. You don’t need any experience — tools, training, and lunch will be provided.
