Tahoe Truckee Airshow

Join us Saturday for the Tahoe Truckee Airshow. The Tahoe Truckee Airshow is a free, community-focused event celebrating aviation, local heroes, and family fun. This year’s Airshow features an exciting mix of military, civilian, and local performers. Acts include the U.S. Coast Guard search and rescue demonstration, CAL FIRE aircraft with a potential live drop, the Army Golden Knights. These exciting acts also include and a lineup of historic warbirds and aerobatic performers. On the ground, enjoy food trucks, a kid-friendly activity zone, and interactive displays. Parking is available for a $20 donation supporting local nonprofits. Please note: no dogs allowed due to hot ramp conditions, and bikes must be parked in the designated corral.

This year’s performer lineup brings together a dynamic mix of aerial demonstrations and aircraft from across the aviation spectrum. Highlights include a U.S. Coast Guard MH-65E Dauphin search and rescue demo, CAL FIRE’s C-130 Hercules and OV-10 Bronco, and the Army Golden Knights parachute team. Additional performances feature historic warbirds from Planes of Fame—including the P-51 Mustang, P-47 Thunderbolt, and F4U Corsair—alongside aerobatic acts like Undaunted Airshows and the Redfox Pitts. Guests can also expect a local parade of flight, a Care Flight helicopter demo, and several jet and vintage aircraft performances. More additions, including a potential local glider demonstration, are still in the works, with final performer announcements to come.
