Sauna and Soul at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe

Experience Sauna and Soul at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe at Stillwater Spa. Centered around the New Moon each month, the events focus on the energy of new beginnings.

Participants are welcomed with tea following by a grounding journey. The Journey includes gentle movement, mindful breathing, and meditation to body and quiet the mind. The event continues with guided journaling accompanied by soothing sound vibrations. The vibrations invite clarity and capture intentions, and then open sharing where guests have space for reflection and connection. Sauna and Soul at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe concludes with a thermal ritual where guests visit the spa’s sauna and steam room.

The event is led by local wellness professionals including Jessica Hillman, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, reiki practitioner and certified sound healer, and Ashley Ray, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and certified breathwork instructor.

The Sauna and Soul events are $35 per person. Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal, pen, and water bottle.
